One calendar.
Every booking.
Airbnb, Vrbo, and direct reservations all live on one screen. Block a night and it goes everywhere. Get a booking and every other channel closes it. Zero double-bookings, ever.
Every channel, every property,
on one screen.
Drag to block, move, or extend. Set per-property minimum stays and seasonal pricing rules. Hand a read-only feed to your cleaner. Get on with your day.
Two-way iCal, every five minutes.
Hostdawg pulls in your existing listing calendars and pushes changes back. No special integration, no Airbnb-account access — just the standard iCal feeds every channel already provides.
Drop in your iCal links.
From each Airbnb & Vrbo listing, grab the export link. Paste once.
We pull every 5 minutes.
New bookings, changes, and cancellations appear on your calendar within minutes.
And push back.
Direct bookings & manual blocks instantly close the dates on every other channel.
Conflicts get caught.
If two channels collide at the same second, we hold one and alert you before either guest is charged.
Run the calendar like it’s yours.
Drag to move, block, or extend
Treat your calendar like a real one. Drag a booking to a new date, stretch the bar, or block a row of nights for a refresh.
Per-property rules
Minimum stays, gap rules, seasonal pricing tiers — set them per listing and they push out to every channel.
Read-only cleaner feed
Share a single calendar URL with your cleaner. They subscribe in Google Calendar — no app, no login.
Smart auto-blocks
Hostdawg auto-blocks turnover days for cleaning when your gap is short. Configurable per property.
Filter, search, jump
Filter by source, search by guest name, jump to any date in two keystrokes.
Sync history & undo
Every sync event is logged. Anything go weird? Roll a property back to its state from an hour ago.
The fine print, in plain English.
How fast is "two-way"?
We pull from every connected channel every 5 minutes, and push our own changes immediately on save. In practice that means a new Airbnb booking is visible (and blocking your direct page) within 5 minutes of the guest hitting "Reserve."
Can two guests still book the same night by accident?
If a booking lands on Airbnb in the same 5-minute window as one on Vrbo, both might temporarily get a confirmation. Hostdawg detects the conflict the moment we sync, automatically blocks the other channels, and emails you before either guest is charged so you can refund the second one in two clicks. In our data, this happens on roughly 0.02% of bookings — and we've never had it slip past the alert.
Do I need to use Hostdawg as my main calendar?
Most hosts do, because it shows every channel in one view. But you don't have to — your Airbnb and Vrbo calendars still work exactly as before. Hostdawg just keeps them in sync with each other and with your direct page.
What about Booking.com, Hopper, or other channels?
Any channel that exposes a standard iCal feed (which is most of them, including Booking.com, Hopper, Plum Guide, and any PMS like Hospitable or Guesty) syncs out-of-the-box. If you don't see yours, paste the iCal link into Settings and it works.
Can my cleaner see my calendar without an account?
Yes. Every property gets a private read-only iCal URL you can hand to your cleaner. They subscribe to it in Google Calendar (or Apple Calendar) and see only check-ins and check-outs — no guest names, no payments, no other property info.
