What's included in every Booking Management plan?

Both plans — Solo and Host — include the full feature set: direct bookings on the same calendar as Airbnb and Vrbo, smart lock integration (codes automatically activated and deactivated per booking), cleaner SMS reminders, and AI local event alerts that prompt you to review pricing before demand spikes. The only difference between plans is how many properties you can manage.

Which plan should I pick?

Solo if you have 1 property at $25/mo. Host if you have 2 or more properties at $15/mo per rental. You can upgrade at any time.

What's the Custom Website?

A bespoke, hand-designed marketing site for your property — built from your photos and copy, deployed on your own custom domain. It's a one-time $295 fee per property (no ongoing monthly charge), and it requires an active Booking Management plan so guests can actually book through it.

Do I need the Custom Website to use Booking Management?

No. Booking Management works with any website — or no website at all. Many hosts use it alongside their existing Airbnb and Vrbo listings without a direct-booking site. Add the Custom Website if and when you want a branded place for guests to book direct.

How does the smart lock integration work?

Connect your August, Yale, or Schlage lock through your property settings. When a booking is confirmed, hostdawg automatically programs a unique access code onto the lock — active from check-in to check-out, then deleted. No code sharing, no manual entry.

Does Booking Management work alongside Airbnb and VRBO?

Yes. Your direct bookings sync onto the same calendar as your Airbnb and Vrbo listings via iCal. Double-bookings are blocked automatically because the system sees all your channels at once.

What are the AI event alerts?

hostdawg monitors local events near your properties — festivals, conferences, concerts — and sends you a heads-up when something is coming that could drive demand. You decide whether to adjust your prices; we just make sure you don't miss the window.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.

How long does Custom Website setup take?
